  • Led 4+ external developers to release 15+ original Free-to-play HTML5 games.

  • Formalized the submission and milestone review process across all game development.

  • Reviewing deliverables and providing feedback to ensure that game requirements, including feature sets, quality standards, monetization goals, and platform-specific constraints, are met.

  • Managing games through QA, internal certification reviews, policy and age rating reviews, running triages, and responding to bug reports to ensure product launch.
